Senator Leman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule No. 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 318 An                        
Act authorizing, approving, and ratifying the amendment of Northstar           
Unit oil and gas leases between the State of Alaska and BP                     
Exploration (Alaska) Inc.; and providing for an effective date for             
the Resources Committee meeting on March 29.  Without objection,               
it was so ordered.
